So … Alberta, wide necktie, broken hockey stick, and South Carolina.  Got it. What utter crap. Eight games a year with Winnipeg, Dallas and Colorado? No thank you. NHL, go home you are drunk. Outside of those pesky Florida teams, that’s probably the best way to have a realignment…despite the Red Wings going to the “east.” More interesting is the “wild-card” concept for the “east” when it comes to have 16 teams in it and who gets that last playoff spot.
